Twenty-seven final year students at Azm University benefited from a generous gift from His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, father of the Emir of Qatar, covering their outstanding tuition.
The gift of over 18,000 U.S. dollars covered their remaining fees for the Fall semester, and came as a very welcome and pleasant surprise to the students who were informed of their benefactor’s donation through personal emails.
Azm University is very appreciative of this significant gift by His Highness, coming as it did in difficult financial times .
