Turkish Ambassador Receives Azm Students

H.E. Turkish Ambassador Hakan Çakıl received on Friday February 21, a delegation of Azm University students led by the University’s Public Relations Senior Specialist Ms. Nisrine Dannawi during which an exploration of post-graduate educational opportunities in the Turkish Republic was discussed.
Several other areas of collaboration, including staff and student exchanges, research, and vocational studies, were also addressed during the meeting.
The Ambassador noted that the Turkish Embassy was keen on supporting stronger collaboration between educational institutions in the two countries and was very supportive of the initiative by Azm to offer Turkish language courses as part of its General Requirements electives. The University has again committed to offer courses in that language in the Fall of 2020.
