Accompanied by their professors and Dean, students of Architecture at Azm Faculty of Architecture and Design were fortunate to have their first off-campus extra-curricular activity attending the ARCHMARATHON that took place this year in Beirut between 8th & 10th of October. Being a fresh entry first year students, the objective behind attending this event was to get a glimpse onto the “other side of the fence”- to gain a more concrete perspective on current architectural discourses reflected through the presentation of important architectural design projects in various sectors and the feedback of international jury members. ARCHMARATHON is an International Architecture event that brings together 42 Architecture Design Projects/architects originating from the Arab and Mediterranean Countries.
